1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the we567 website (we567.onl), downloading and using the we567 Android application, or registering for an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and we567.

2 Eligibility

4 Deposits

All deposits on we567 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, bank cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your we567 balance instantly. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take longer depending on your financial institution.
• we567 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply charges independently of the platform.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your we567 account balance are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. We aim to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within 2 minutes for fully verified accounts. Raast, bank transfer and card withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account during the withdrawal process.
• we567 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is standard procedure and is done to protect the security of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in the account holder's own name.

6 Betting Rules

Placing bets on we567 is subject to the following rules, which apply to all sports markets including cricket, PSL, T20, football, esports and all other events listed on the platform.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only valid once confirmed on the betslip. Review your selection, odds and stake carefully before confirming. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed.

6.2 Odds

All odds on we567 are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. we567 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — a bet placed at a clearly incorrect price will be voided and the stake returned.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• A match is abandoned before a result can be determined (e.g. cricket abandoned without enough overs completed to constitute a result).
• A market is settled in error and requires correction.
• The event is postponed beyond the period covered by the market terms.
• A bet was placed at an obviously incorrect odds price.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of we567. Odds during live matches update in real time. Markets may be suspended temporarily during key moments — a wicket falling, a goal, a red card — and will reopen with adjusted odds. In-play bet acceptance depends on system availability and we567 does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets during any event.

6.5 Accumulator Bets

Accumulators combine two or more selections. All legs must win for the accumulator to be settled as a winner. A voided leg in an accumulator reduces the number of legs — a two-leg accumulator with one voided leg becomes a single bet at the remaining leg's odds.

7 Games (Fish Games, Bingo)

The we567 platform includes Fish Games and Bingo alongside the sports betting section. These games operate as follows:

• Fish Games use PKR stakes to participate. Prizes are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement.
• Bingo rooms operate on a fixed ticket price structure. Prizes are distributed according to the room rules displayed before you enter.
• Game results are determined by the platform's game engine. we567 does not manually alter any game result.
• Technical faults — disconnection during a game, platform errors — will be handled according to the individual game's fault policy. In general, disrupted sessions are either completed from a saved state or voided with stakes returned.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

we567 may offer bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be stated clearly when the bonus is offered. General principles that apply to all we567 bonuses are listed below.

10 Prohibited Conduct

11 Account Suspension and Closure

When an account is suspended for investigation, the balance is frozen pending the outcome. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting we567 support. Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the account holder's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

12 Limitation of Liability

we567 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accurate pricing. However, the following limitations apply:

• we567 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service disruptions that affect your access to the platform.
• we567 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform.
• The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. we567 does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

13 Privacy
