No — one account per person. Duplicate accounts breach the Terms and Conditions and both may be suspended. If you cannot access an existing account, contact support to recover it rather than creating a new one.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a one-time identity verification. You submit a copy of your CNIC or equivalent document. It is required before your first withdrawal. You can deposit and play games without completing KYC, but withdrawals are held until it is done. Getting it out of the way early means no delays later.

Use the Forgot Password option on the Login page. You will need access to your registered mobile number to receive the reset code. If you no longer have that number, email [email protected] with your registered name and CNIC details for identity verification and manual reset.

Self-exclusion closes your we567 account for a minimum of 6 months. You cannot deposit or bet during this period. Withdrawals of existing balances are still possible.
